Inquiry (采购产品): Paste Thickeners Dear sirs, Recently we came to know from technical papers that M/s Wes Tech are manufacturing Paste Thickeners. We have two Washeries in operation at present at West bokaro divison & two other Washeries at our Jharia ivison. We have also proposals in hand to expand the capacities of our existing wasgeries as well as to construct new washeries. We have froth flotation processes in all our washeries , from which circuit generation of tailings are around 10-11 lakh tonnes dry basis) at our West Bokaro Divison .At present we collect about 75 % of the tailings produced from the froth flotation cells in the ponds where as balance quantity is dewatered by high frequqncy screen. The feed to the high frequency screen is the under flow of a set of six 150 mm dia classifying cyclones. The overflow of the cyclones & the under flow of the high frequency screens are also pumped to the tailings pond. these two sources contain very smaller fractions of the tailings particles which create problems in settling in the ponds. With increasing volume of tailings it is becoming difficult to manage the tailings disposal through the ponds & we are looking for suitable technology which we can adopt for quick dewatering and handling of the tailings with the least recycling time. In view of the above we are interested to deliberate with you on the applicabilty of the paste thickeners , it's technology & integration with our process. We are also enclosing herewith a set of data for one of our Washeires for your study.
