Inquiry (采购产品): Complaint Good Morning: In December 27, 2006, I purchased a Privilege Program Agreement #26515 which cost well over $400.00. The Culligan salesperson assured me that Culligan was the best water system (I could have gone with others) with top-notch customer service. I really was sold a bill of goods and am sorry that I did not go with another system. I should have listened to friends who warned me. I have had nothing but problems with the system and the company. First, the Culligan rep would never return my calls until I called the toll-free number and lodged a complaint. Second, the circuit board has already been replaced as it was broken. I was assured that the replacement would regulate the system and eliminate the stains in my toilets (brand new home); that has not happened. Third, I am supposed to have monthly salt delivery on/about the 28th of each month. The first month I called to find out where the salt was and was told they were out and things were in turmoil because the Fredericksburg office was being closed and moved to Richmond. They eventually delivered the salt. That was the last time I have heard anything from them. I did not get salt in February, March, and now we are nearing the end of April and I am positive I won't get the salt then either. For the amount of money I paid, this is ridiculous. I am considering filing a complaint with VA State Consumer Services and request ADR unless you can assist immediately. At this point, I don't want them to offload 3 months of salt on my front porch and disappear. I was an adjustment to my contract and I am willing to discuss those terms. I also want someone to regulate the system so that I don't have permanent stains and other problems because of Culligan's failure to provide required service. I will hold Culligan liable for any damages. If I do not hear from someone by close of business on Monday, April 23, 2007, I will proceed accordingly. I do not want anyone to call me to make excuses once again. I want the service I purchased.
