Inquiry (采购产品): Adhesion Promoter Dear Gentleman. We are reputable company here Brazil, specialist in rubber roll covering, and have just taken up composite (epoxy)and polyurethane roll covering process for Pulp & Paper Machines. Normaly we are using epoxy (from Huntsman) and Polyurethane (from Chemtura) pplied by Rotational Casting Machine, but we have two big problems relating to the adhesion promoter. 1=Adhesion between polyurethane (top layer) and epoxy resin (base layer) oven cured. 2=Adhesion between epoxy (base layer) and roll core. We are testing many different kinds of adhesives but the roll covered no stand high pressure (350 PLI) and temperature (80/120 C)in the paper machine. Please, we would like to know if you have specific adhesion promoters for these applications, because we need to offer very quality roll covers for our customers. Can you help us?
