Application assistance and quote needed Inquiry (采购产品): Application assistance and quote needed I am looking for a sealant/epoxy that will be used in a automotive application. It will be used to create a watertight seal/adhere between a PBT, GF-30 connector and a cast Aluminum housing. Also, it will be used to seal and adhere an Aluminum back plate to a cast Aluminum housing. The housing will not be submerged but will be exposed to salt spray, Car wash spray, and any other automotive fluids. The maximum operating temperature that it will see is 125C. I would prefer it meet the following criteria, but am able to deviate from this if necessary. 1. Black/dark grey silicone/rubber like material when cured. 2. Liquid material with 10,000 cp maximum viscosity. (1000 cp optimal) 3. Room temperature cure. Heat cure or partial UV cure is acceptable if necessary. 4. Fast cure time, adhesion between two sub straights to be less than 2-minutes. Full cure can be accomplished at room temp. for a longer time frame (24 hours to several days). 5. Operation temperature is -40C to +125C. 6. Be able to survive all automotive fluids and road grime. 7. Peal strength, I can be flexible, shoot for around 100 psi. If you could recommend a product and quote that product for the following yearly volumes (fl. oz.), I would greatly appreciate it. Purchases to be released on a 2 week interval.
