Seamless Stainless Steel Tubing Inquiry (采购产品): Seamless Stainless Steel Tubing To Whom it May Concern, I am looking for a quote on the following: Size: 4.875" (+ .060 - .000”) OD x 3.875" (+ .000 - .060”) ID x 80" +/- (0.25) long U94; To be manufactured from seamless tube conforming to the requirements of ASTM A268-94, Grade TP410 stainless steel, Section 6, 8, 9, with a maximum cobalt content of .025%. U94; The steel shall be quenched and tempered to give the following room temperature properties: a) Ultimate Tensile Strength 100,000 psi b) 0.2 % Yield Tensile Strength 75,000 psi c) Elongation in 2 inches: 17 % min. d) Hardness: BHN 200-250 (14 – 24 HRc) U94; Rockwell Hardness testing permitted in lieu of Brinell Hardness testing, however certifications must also state the equivalent Brinell Hardness Number.
