Inquiry (采购产品): Research I am a doctoral student at Argosy University in Santa Ana. A requirement for graduation is the completion of a research study beneficial to the business world and society as a whole. My research study pertains to the small and medium sized business. The primary focus of my research study is whether outsourcing products and services to Asia is cost effective. My advisors are quite demanding. They have directed me (for statistical purposes and anonymously) to ask the question: What percentage of annual sales is used for outsourcing for the years 2002-2006 (each year)? Another question is: What percentage of annual sales is used for outsourcing labor, supplies, and services for the year 2006?
