UL Tank Inquiry (采购产品): UL Tank Scope of Work 15,000 gallon Marine Fuel Tank Provide one (1) 15000 gallon capacity steel aboveground, outdoor, UL-142 double-wall main fuel tank. The fuel tank shall be skid mounted and able to be secured onto a barge deck. Fuel tank shall be designed by the fuel tank manufacturer to conform to the International Building Code (IBC) criteria for Seismic Zone 4. The foot print for placement of the tank is approximately 10 x 26. The shell and penetrations of the main fuel tank shall meet the requirements of Underwriters Laboratories Standard 142. The main fuel tank shall be equipped with four (4) internal full height / width steel baffles to damp potential roll and pitch fuel motions when the barge is being towed. These specified baffles may not be permitted by UL. Independent of whether the baffles are permitted by UL, the main fuel tank and its installation shall otherwise conform to these specifications. Provide the following fittings on the top of the main fuel tank, as approved: a. Normal and emergency vents per NFPA 30. b. Secondary containment vent per NFPA 30. c. Level gauge ports and other gauge ports, as approved. d. Fill inlet, 3", with isolation valve. e. Inspection port, 3” f. Submersible pump access ports / discharge to header g. 1" drain approximately 1/2-inch from bottom of tank with shutoff valve. Drain to penetrate wall of containment. The fuel tank containment shall be all welded, steel atmospheric tank containing all sides and top of main tank and forming a weatherproof, totally enclosed containment of the main tank, fully enclosed against intrusion of debris, rainwater, etc. Integral secondary containment shall provide at least 100% containment of the primary storage tank. A leak detection access tube shall be located in the interstitial space between the inner and outer tank. The containment shall be provided with a 1" drain with lockable ball valve. The main tank shall be securely attached within the containment. All fittings to the main storage tank, with the exception of the drain, shall penetrate the roof of the containment through weatherproof hubs. Main fuel tank protective coating shall be the manufacturer's standard coating system suitable for outdoors exposure. Main fuel tank shall be permanently welded or bolted at the tank saddles to full length steel skids as furnished by the tank manufacturer. Skids shall be designed to distribute fuel tank loads continuously along the barge deck surface. Any welding on the main fuel tank shall be done by the tank manufacturer. Tank shall be designed to anticipate specified attachment to the barge deck. Tank manufacturer shall propose tank mount design to provide seismic rated connection for tank to deck barge. Tank mounts shall be welded after delivery by the government to the barge deck top surface and shall not penetrate through the barge deck.
