Inquiry (采购产品): CNC Bender Dear Sirs, We manufacture gaging for grinders and recently we have begun using 3/8" seamless stainless steel tube in the manufacture of our gages. See http://www.controlgaging.com We are looking for a CNC tubing bender to speed production of one of our parts, a part we call a gage "finger" I can send you a drawing. These fingers typically range from 4" to 12" in length. Basically, we make these tubular fingers in small lot or prototype quantities - never more than 10 or 12 at a time and typically just one or two at a time. Our current method of manufacture is hand bending and our costs our too high. We would like to buy a machine to automate this process. What we would like to be able to do is simply cut the tube to length, insert the tube in the CNC bender and then run a program to bend the tube as required.
