Your address appears to be physically close to another heater company, Advanced Tech Industries. About 6 years ago I purchased one of their heaters. Now I need tech support and parts but am unable to make any contact with them. They won't return phone messages or answer their phone. Won't reply to my many emails. I wish I had never purchased their product. My family is now without hot water for 4 days and if you know of any way to make contact with them would you please let me know. If you know of any distributors of the Super Supreme tankless electric water heaters I would appreciate knowing that too. I understand you are a competitor but if you could please help me I would be greatly appreciative.
