Inquiry (采购产品): Warranty Today (10/26/06) I tried to contact Maria at Titan Electronic Tankless Water Heater Warranty, 3 times i tried to call her, all 3 times she was to busy to talk to me. The first time I left my number, the last two times I talked to her only to be told she was on the line with another customer and she would call me back within a few minutes, she took my name and number, but NEVER returned my calls. This is not what I would expect of an American Company. I'm sick of this and will file legal action. I bought a Titan II tankless hotwater heater, less then two months ago and it has not worked right since the start. I have jumped threw hoops for you and I'm done with this jumping. All I want is a a working replacement for the non-working unit I have, yet Maria will not help me nor will anyone else.
