Inquiry (采购产品): failure Analysis dear Sirs, In one of our project, during steam blow out of the boiler, at about 30 bars and 300 C , two tubes of the boiler High Pressure section were failed/broken above lower header at about 5 mm above fillet weld connected the tubes to the header. We are serching an accredit compnay to carry out required tests and report the what causes such failure. Would you please advise if you are accredited to such service or name of other companies you may advise.
