Inquiry (采购产品): Quote for a Cap I am looking for a engineering quote for a disposable lid/cover for an automotive throttle body. It will have to cover the opening into the attached intake manifold to prevent debris ingress. The manifold assembly is being assembled at Monterrey Mexico, and the parts would have to be shipped there. We would need approx 200,000 per year for 6 years. I would like to see a Cap designed to stuff inside the ~80mm bore with a sufficient flange outboard to prevent the Cap from falling in, and also help prevent the final mating parts to be installed with the Cap still in place. Ideally the Cap would be a bright color, such as orange to prevent the above from happening. I would like the Cap to be as inexpensive as possible, thin plastic, or some waterproof material. (I'm visuallizing a coffee cover lid.) I can send a drawing of the Throttle Body, and a picture of the Intake Manifold. Contact me if you need any additional info.
