Inquiry (采购产品): Process Water Heater Dear Sirs: CH2M HILL is investigating the feasibility of recovering a chemical product from underground tanks by circulating hot water through the tanks and recovering the product as a slurry. This job site is located near Fairfield, California. Please provide a budget level rental quotation for a hot water heater to take water at the rate of 150 gpm at 110 F and discharging 150 gpm at 150 F. The total rental period would be 90 days from the initial arrival of the heater at the job site to the removal of the heater from the job site. This 90 day period will include the time required to setup the heater for operation and dismantle the heater for removal. The heater will be fired with diesel oil. The fuel choice is driven by the necessity to simplify the fuel inventory at the job site. Services required would be to set up the heater, connect the heater to a storage tank on site approximately 500 feet removed from the process area, connect the water supply to a storage tank located approximately 100 feet from the heater, and startup the heater. Please provide a quotation for a service package to operate and maintain the boiler on site for a period of 90 days. The operating schedule would be to operate for 10 hours per day and maintain the heater at low fire for 12 hours overnight. If possible please format the quotation in the form: 1.
