Inquiry (采购产品): pipe/cable cutter I inherited my grandfather's farm toolbox and tools several years ago. Many of the tools date back to the early 1900s. Included is a pipe or cable cutter marked "Buckingham 6103. It is fairly small. The cutters are incased in a rectangular shaped compartment. The handle turns to adjust the cutting blades. I would appreciate any information you could provide concerning this tool. Date of manufacture and est. value would be especially helpful.
