Inquiry (采购产品): Inquiry for customization services Hello, My name is Conrad Vandeputte and I am looking for a company that provides customized services to make eye shadow cosmetics. In more detail I am looking for a company that can produce a new product created from a sample that I provide. I might be able to provide the ingredient list but do not posess the quantitative formula for the sample. The final product product will need to be a close match to that sample product and some modifications might be needed regarding emulsion and viscosity.
