Inquiry (采购产品): Sputtering Pyrex Wafers I am looking for a company that can metalize Pyrex using a sputtering process. Specifically, our assembly is a 4” silicon wafer (pressure sensing die) bonded to a Pyrex wafer. The Pyrex wafer has small holes in it providing access to the back side of the pressure sensing die. We want to metalize the back of the Pyrex wafer of this assembly. Materials used in the past are Ti / Ni / Au. The thicknesses are not known at this time but we hope to determine them soon. Following metallization we saw the die and use solder to mount the die to a header, thus the metallization is needed.
