Inquiry (采购产品): Bikers Against Breast Cancer benefiting The Breast Cancer Research Foundation I am writing you today to see if you can help us raise money in our event this year for our BIKERS AGAINST BREAST CANCER http://www.scrcpa.org/babc EVENT/RIDE this year. I am with a group called The Southern Cruisers Riding Club http://www.southerncruisers.net/ Each year we hold an event that raises money for The Breast Cancer Research Foundation http://www.bcrfcure.org .( If you go onto May’s events you will see this listed here.)Last year’s event we were able to raise $14,000 dollars (even in the pouring rain people came out to support our event) which makes a grand total over the 5 years of over $46,000 dollars. Each year this event has grown, doubling its size. 2 years ago was the first event I got involved with the CORE GROUP and we had doubled the money we had raised in the previous 3 years! Why I am writing you today is we are in need of sponsors/ donations for our event. We are asking businesses if they can donate items as door prizes for our riders, who each donates $20.00 to ride in a 60 mile poker run on their motorcycles where they make 3 stops at local businesses along the route and draw a card to make a poker hand at the end, where door prizes are given away for the best hands(donated by local businesses) afterwards we treat them to a picnic and have a live band REDVISION http://www.redzvision.com/ Who donate there time and contributions they have raised towards this event. We expect about 750-850 bikers this year due to the media attention this has drawn last year and RCN, Channel 6 (Philadelphia) Channel 69(local) and WZZO Z-95(local radio) will be covering this years event. So we are in need of donations, all donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE as we and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation are NON-PROFIT organizations. This year’s event takes place on May 12 2007 and the planning for this year has started. Please help us with our event this year so we are able to donate as much we can to this very deadly disease. Our Organization and bikers in general are very proud and loyal people to those who help local communities and their events. We really need your help! What your donation gets you is; a $200.00 donation gets your company name and logo in our event T-shirt(which all our riders receive) and a full page add in our event book, a $100.00 donation gets the company name on the shirt in small size then above, a ? page add in the event book(which all the riders receive) a $50.00 donation gets a ? page add and a $25.00 add gets a 1/8 page(business size card) in the event book.
