Custom Show Crate Request Inquiry (采购产品): Custom Show Crate Request We found your website online and are contacting you with our crate requirement. We are seeking a reusable crate for our show display, that can be used repeatedly. We are not putting anything specific in it, just our general display booth, literature, literature racks, and accessories that we need for trade shows. Our general requirements would be: Base size – 48” x 42” pallet type to be lifted with fork lift from opposite sides (not 4 sides). The base needs to be very well built to be able to withstand shipments via commercial truck and handling with machines. Ideally it would also have either retractable or removable wheels on the bottom that we would use at shows to move it around easily. We are looking to your expertise to let us know of something like that can be worked out. Height – The interior height of the storage space should be 60”. That is from solid floor over base to interior edge of the top. Construction - Plywood floor, base, and top. All corners and seams heavily framed on the exterior, so that it really holds together over many uses. Floor – if available, we would like a rug or padded base inside. Opening – One 48”x60” side should be fully removable – not hinged. Preferably, the entire panel would be secured with carriage and wing nuts for easy opening and closing without tools at the show. The other sides and top would be permanent, and not removable. The removable panel would also be edged with framing so that it is not a bare edge piece of wood. Weight – The entire content of the crate will not exceed 4-500 lbs. Actually, much less, but we will use it for different shows over time. We will paint it here for identification and to reduce wear on the outer skin. We need this by mid April at the latest to pack and ship for the National Hardware Show in early May.
