Inquiry (采购产品): Storm Doors I am looking for a manufacturer to supply storm doors initially in the 100s, and once the distribution network is completed, in the 1000s. The door frame consists of a 1" x 3.5" PVC extrusion and the door is 3/4" flat stock PVC. The frame has a groove to press in the soft foam seal where the door seats on the frame. The door has 2 stout camlock powder coated aluminum latches to hold the door against the seal in the frame. Production drawings are available, but will need a fax number to send it to. The existing metal storm doors (the most popular door 24" x 32") sells for $20.00 (retails for $35.00)and I have been selling my PVC storm doors for $35.00 (retails for $55.00) I need to get my manufacturing cost down and would like to work with a company to help me design the cost out of these doors and supply me a completed product, or at least the PVC (or comparable plastic) parts and I can add the hardware and seal.
