They find themselves having to trust me. The key on whether we will be able to play is if the first letter of credit is placed. If that happens it means that they have money. We can use it to do honest business with dishonest people and that ain't all bad. As far as I can tell, we are the first Americans they contacted. I think we are at the 70% level now.
