It's marked with ; MK model SF, a paper label with 3443b 01/89.On the moter armerature is marked , mod 3724up - 270. The gearmoter has 1/2" output shaft and is fancooled. It is used in a Perlick glasswasher. Your current GF seems to come close have you changed the Model #'s?
