The finish sizes for the carbon steel tubes for the three casting cylinders. - 36 ? +/- 3/32 O. D. x 34 +/- 1/16 I. D. x 332” long (1 off ) - 32 ? +/- 3/32 O. D. x 30 +/- 1/16 I. D. x 347.6” long (2 off) The expected material is centrifugal cast per ASTM A-27 GR. 70-40 or equivalent and can be made of one, two or three segments (the less the better). The tubes would be rough turned on o.d. and i.d. to approximately 250 rms and there would be no further finishing by honing required on the i.d. afterward and the o.d. would also remain as received.
