Inquiry (采购产品): cartridge heaters We are designing a new Consumer Product in which a Stainless Steel Cartridge Heater is used. The Heater must be 'Food Safe' therefore we have selected Stainless Steel as the material. Ideally are planning to use a 12 Volt DC Adapter as the Power Supply therefore the heater must work at the lowest possible voltage. Specs 12V DC Adapter 20 -25 Watts 7 ohm Stainless Steel Braided HEATER DIAMETER 1/4" MINIMUM UNHEATED LENGTH 1" Overall acceptable length 1.5 - 3” Maximum Temp: 575F / 300C We need heaters asap for prototyping and then volume orders with range in size from 6,800 - 14,400 units per order, ordering bi-monthly.
