I need the IR heating elements for infant warmer with following specification : At 80 cm vertical distance between element and infant's mattress total radiation between 740 to 4500 nm shouldn't exceed 60 mw/cm2, and the fraction of total radiation between 740 to 1400 nm shouldn't exceed 10 mw/cm2.
