Inquiry (采购产品): Contract Manufacturer We are a small group of established product developers and innovative surfers who are in the early stages of creating a company in which we donate all of our profits to charity. We decided to create the company after seeing the overwhelming success that Paul Newman has had with his Newman’s Own product offering. While Paul Newman has donated to his choice of charities (PBS, NPR, etc.) we would donate our profits to organizations that support the sport we love, surfing, and the environment we love it in (save the surf, save the beaches, clean up the water). In the vein of Newman’s Own we are creating products that are Organic and all natural when possible. One of the products that we are developing is a natural and organic surf wax. We are currently perfecting our recipe and marketing materials and are looking for someone who can manufacture surf wax based on our recipe. A bar of surf wax is approximately 75 grams with a diameter of approximately 2 1/2 inches and a thickness of about an inch. It is like a short fat candle with out a wick. Can you quote prices for quantities of 5,000, 10,000, and 25,000 bars? Your assistance would be a tremendous asset. We are targeting a product launch at the September 2007 Surf Expo in Orlando, and a soft launch in test markets in the spring. In addition to Surf Expo we are scheduling advertisements in Surfer and Surfing magazine. The recipe for the surf wax is approximately 3 parts beeswax to 1 part coconut oil (1 part tree resin for cold formula) The cost for this material is approximately $2.50 per lb Let me know if you can assist in this request.
