Inquiry (采购产品): Investment Casting Tree Hangers I am a Manufacturing Engineer for a medical implant business called Zimmer Inc. We have an investment casting foundry with automated (Robotic) Shell line. Our conveyor system has home made tree hangers with all-thread going through the tree for stiffness. The all-thread extends into the ceramic pour cup and the conveyor "Hangers" are screwed to the all- thread rod. Attaching the hangers is very laborious. I know that conveyors for casting wax trees have to be standardized. There is (some where) an " off the shelf" connector system with: Quick disconnects A 1/4 turn cam lock a detent pin a key etc....
