Inquiry (采购产品): Commutation capacitors G'day We have a customer who is running various pieces of mining plant using SCR controlled DC motors from a DC buss system. The motors are in the order of 40kW and the system voltage is 125V nominal. The OEM for the system no longer supplies the capacitors, and we have been asked to see if we can source a suitable replacement. Unfortunately the manufacturer deemed it necessary to just put a meaningless part number on the capacitors, and is unable to tell us any technical information. The capacitors are approximately 200uF (that is center value of the spread of values of the capacitors tested so far). Voltage minimum will be at least 250VDC, probably more like 300VDC, non-polarised. The cases are flat-sided ovals, 46mm (1-13/16") across the flattened sides, 70mm (2-3/4") across the long sides, 142mm (5.6") tall in the can, 165mm (6-1/2") to the top of the terminals. Terminals are 5mm (3/16") threaded studs, 35mm (1'1/2") apart, and bolt 5 in a set to buss bars. The capacitor material is unknown, I have cut one apart that had failed and it is not a wound material, it makes me think of tantalum capacitors. Does this sound like a device that you would have something that is a suitable replacement for? Thank you **** Hidden Message ***** James Massey P.O.
