We are looking for a company who can harden and temper our swords. Below are the specifications that we are looking for: Process: Austempering Equipment: Salt Bath Material: 1075 Steel Size (LxWxH): 48” x 3” x 3/8” maximum dimensions Hardness: Rockwell 50 to 52 on most projects Quantity: 3 to 7 pieces per batch Frequency: 1 to 2 times monthly Additional: - Blades need to be returned with minimum wrapping / sabering - Straightening may be required to return blade to original shape - Blades should be hung during this process rather then lay flat Please let me know if this is a service your company can provide us.
