Large Custom Springs Needed for a Large Skateboard
Inquiry (采购产品): Large Custom Springs Needed for a Large Skateboard Hello, My name is Tim Timler. My fellow peers and I are attempting to build the world's largest skateboard. We are using a compression spring operated turning mechanism in the trucks. We need two springs with a free length of 21 inches, ouside diameter of 9 inches max., an inside diameter of 7" max., a wire diameter of 1", and a total number of 8 coils which is closed and grounded. The constant weight to be placed on the spring is around 2450lbs. The weight to be placed on either end of the board (to compress the spring and allow for turning) would be around 700 - 1000 lbs. The springs should be able to support the dead load of 2450 without compressing. Please e-mail me if you have any questions.
