Inquiry (采购产品): Career Move I am currently residing in the United Kingdom and wish to relocate with my wife to the United States and I am therefore actively seeking employment I am currently employed as a Maintenance Manager for a Plastic Injection Moulding Company. I oversee all activities within the department to ensure smooth continued maintenance cover over the 24 hour 7 day operation the company runs. As well as distributing workload to the members of staff working in the department, I also assist the workforce in busy periods by getting involved with various breakdowns myself easing the pressure off the individuals and also maintaining continued productivity wherever possible. I keep record all machine breakdown history from the daily log book completed by the maintenance team, maintain records of planned maintenance schedules and liaise with the Production Planning Department as and when planned maintenance on machines becomes due. Stock control and purchase of parts as and when required and maintain stock levels of all essential spares to keep breakdowns to a minimum downtime wherever possible. I have extensive knowledge and experience on Injection Moulding Machines ranging from 60 Ton to 3000 Ton clamp force and also Extruder Machines. The machines I have experience with include Engel, Sandretto, Bone Craven, Cincinnati, JSW, Netstal and Battenfeld to name but a few, as well as all associated ancillary equipment such as water heaters, chillers, compressors etc. I cover all disciplines within the department including Electrics, Hydraulics and Pneumatics. I also provide technical support out of normal working hours if and when required for the shift maintenance team if they have a problem they cannot solve and need advice on, I offer advice over the telephone to assist wherever possible or if necessary attend site and offer assistance at the machine.
