Inquiry (采购产品): blanking die We have an automated filling machine that has two sets of punch and dies. The die punches out a .636 dia slug of film that is .002 thick. The die runs dry and punches approx. 26 times a minute. The punch is the bearing surface, and has a length of about three inches. We have problems keeping the stripper lining up when the punch is removed. I do have a drawing of the die set that can be E mailed.
