Inquiry (采购产品): Coating Cost A power plant's carbon steel duct work (surface area of 4400 sqft) suffers from corrosion and it was recommended that we sandblast and coat the inside of it (it had been previously coated with some kind of epoxy that now has rust spots). The duct work has air at 0-60 degF with little moisture flowing through it. We want to recommend zinc, nickel, or titanium nitride coating. Does Precision Coatings perform this kind of onsite work? I am looking to get a rough quote for these three types of coatings (just the cheapest one can be quoted). For the purpose of quoting for this, it safe to assume easy access to the duct and the simplest solution to any other concern (the duct cannot be taken down but can be entered from several locations). If your company cannot perform this type of work, which coating is generally the most/least expensive zinc, nickel, or titanium nitride? **** Hidden Message ***** Michael Stickney 55114 USA Company: Consultant E-mail: sticknmp@email.uc.edu **** Hidden Message ***** sticknmp@email.uc.edu
