Dock2Dock believes excellent customer service is not an option but a MUST. You will be updated from start to finish on all of your loads. You will be given phone numbers so you can reach me 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you will never be out of touch. Let me do all of your work for you in regards to moving your product this will allow you time to do all of your other work. Dock2Dock has a line of trucks as well as a large database of preferred carriers that have met our requirements. The carriers that we use must have a minimum of $1,000,000 Liability and $100,000 in Cargo. Dock2dock monitors each carrier’s authority, insurance, and supplemental licenses. Communication is a top priority at Dock2dock. Drivers are required to check in when they arrive at the “Origin” and again when they deliver so we may monitor the progress of the load. We understand there are times when issues may arise and notify you if the issue will result in a delay of your delivery. Once the load is completed you will be contacted immediately. Dock2Dock has an average of 10 day pay to their carriers which is a huge incentive for carriers to stay committed to our loads.
