Sputtering of Germanium onto Boron Nitride Ceramic
Inquiry (采购产品): Sputtering of Germanium onto Boron Nitride Ceramic I have some small machined boron nitride ceramic parts (tubes that are approx. 0.25 in long and 0.50 inch diameter with a hole all the way through). I need to find someone that can apply a thin layer of germanium to the outside surface and the surfaces of both ends (not to the inside of the tube - but if some gets inside it is ok). I assume the germanium would be applied by PVD Sputtering. Do you do this type of work. If not can you recommend someone?
