Inquiry (采购产品): strenght I would like to know how much load can be applied to a retuangular steel tube 3" X 1/2" by 9 ft 2 in long supported on each end. I would like to apply a load of 2850 pounds to the center 40 inches of this tube supported on each end. How much deflections should I expect? Will it support this weight? The tube would be vertical or in other words the 3" side vertical and 1 1/2 inch side horizontal.
