request for PU plant Inquiry (采购产品): request for PU plant Dear Sir We are intend to construct a plant for production of polyurethane products by using the RRIM (reinforced reaction injection molding) or SRIM (structural reaction injection molding) technique, actually we have no limitation for the products that can be produced from this plant, but for start up; we are looking forward to start with the production of interior and exterior decoration parts. We appreciate for you to supply us with an offer for; 1- Complete production line as above. 2- Molds requested for start up, certain no. of molds sufficient for the production of; crown molding, decorative molding, plain molding, corbels molding, ceiling medallions, ceiling domes and mirror frames, columns…..etc. 3- Raw material for the first six months of production. 4- Spare parts for tow years of operation. 5- Please take in concede ration the future expansion in both; the size and plant capability or by adding additional production line for other related or similar product like; furniture, automobile parts, marine parts, sport products…etc. 6- Offers should be supported with technical literature and brochures, preferred in pdf format. 7- Supervision for the equipments installation. 8- Start up and commissioning of the project. 9- Prices should be in USD, CIF Dubai/ UAE.
