Inquiry (采购产品): Roll forming abilities Good Day, My name is Gina Iliopoulos and I am with the Arial Home Initiative working to build better low cost housing for the poor worldwide. Feel free to view our website arialhome.org to get an idea of what we are doing. With large scale production we aim to provide 1 million homes over the next ten years. Our goal is to bring the cost of the house down to about $5000. I need some information on roll forming 22-24 gauge prepainted galvanized steel for our prototype home. We are attempting to create our own custom designed insulated panels to use as walls and floors. We need about 500 feet of one design, cut to various lengths, and about 200 feet of a second design, cut to the same length. I can send you diagrams but briefly we need ridges in the middle and bends on the edges to form the tongue and groove so the panels can lock together. We attempted to have the metal cut to length and then bent but some of the lengths we need are too long for the brake machines that handle 24 gauge steel (we need panels that are 10.5, 12.5 and 20 feet long). We have strict, fast approaching deadlines. Can you let me know if this small project is something you can do, how quickly you may be able to do the work, and an idea of the cost?
