Our gratings can be a good product to complete your product range. We are already exporting to Europe, the US, the Far East and Africa. We manufacture mainly press welded grating. We can produce the following grating types: A) We produce bearing bars height from 20 to 75mm, thickness from 3mm to 7mm. B) We can also do I Bars, which is very popular in Japan. Specs are normally 25x5x3mm, 32x5x3, 38x5x3, 44x5x3, 50x5x3, 50x7x4, 55x7x4, 60x7x4 65x7x4, 75x7x4. C) Bearing bar pitch:12.5mm. 15mm. 30mm, 40mm and 60mm. D) The bearing bars can also be serrated. E) Transverse bars are round from 5 to 8mm or twisted square bars from 5 to 10mm. F) Cross Bars any pitch from 25 up to100mm. G) The maximum panel widths are 1020mm with a maximum length of 7500mm. We can assure you that our prices are difficult to beat and our service is excellent. To give you an idea we can supply galvanised grating mats to any sea port C&F for between 1,15 – 1,20 USD/kg.
