The price will be CIF to Jordan. 1) Pipeline, seamless, carbon steel, according to API 5 L PSL2, in joints of (11.00 -12.00 meters) , beveled ends according to ANSI B16.25, and dimensions according to ANSI B36.10, each pipe shall be hydrostatically tested according to ASTM A530 / A530 – M – 96 and fitted with end protective caps or ring, pipe shall be externally coated with anti-corrosion primer paint. (KM) 10 0.438 5L GR.B 50 12 0.438 5L GR.B 30 14 0.500 5L GR.B 10 16 0.500 5L GR.B 25 Important Notes: a) Each pipe must be numbered and marked (by heating stamp) showing pipe length, diameter, thickness, material and grade, pipe number etc. Any pipe without the required markings shall not be accepted. b) Mill test certificates for individual pipes must be supplied and should include all tests performed e.g. heat analysis, chemical composition, dimensions and weights, mechanical and hydrostatic tests etc. A third party who is performing inspection activities at the mill should issue these certificates. Such third party must be a well-known inspection company / agency e.g. DNV, LLOYDS etc. c) Origin and manufacturing mill must be clearly shown and must be API and ISO licensed. Relevant certificates must be produced with the technical offer. d) Origin of plates should be from USA, West Europe or Japanese origin e) All inspection activities to be according to API 5L standard, latest edition and must include all mentioned tests (mandatory & non – mandatory tests). f) Any pipe delivered in lengths other than the required length i.e. 11 – 12 meters shall be rejected. g) Vendors list shall be submitted with the technical offer for each item clearly stating the manufacturer’s name, country of origin of the materials. h) Relevant catalogues, data sheets, diagrams etc. must be submitted with the technical offer. i) Delivery period should be no more than (7) months, from date of opening L/C. 2) Blank Casing Pipes for Water Wells Size (inch) Grade Wall Thickness (inch) Plain end weight lb/ft QTY. Such third party must be an international Inspection Company/Agency. i) Pipes must be painted with anticorrosion paint with ends protected. j) API certificate should be provided with offer or else offer will be rejected.
