Inquiry (采购产品): Hydraulic Info Request To whom it may concern, My name is Alan Galea, I am studying Architecture at the Unversity of Malta. I would like to incorporate a hydraulic system into one of my design projects this semester. Would it be possible for you to provide me with some information on the systems and how they work and if what I would like to do is possible at all? The project we have been given is an Exhibition space for an artist. Would it be possible to incorporate a moving floor, size 8.5 X 8.5 meters, into a building? I would need it to be able to move up and down in certain parts at different intervals. What I was thinking is to design some kind of skeletal structure which would be joined to the hydraulic system and over this structure I would place a flexible mat (perhaps a Judo mat). This way the hydraulic system would move the skeletal structure which would in turn create small wave like forms in the mat. Please note that this is only a project on paper and will not be built.
