The one time someone did answer, they immediately asked me to hold and then about a minute later I was disconnected. My name is Janet Buss w/Unison Industries. We contacted you on Monday and rec'd a promise to ship date of 2/27/07 on the above 2 PO which were being completed at your facility. We have not rec'd either of these shipments as of yet today. Please provide a confirmation that you ship'd on these to items as promised yesterday and please provide the method of shipment along w/tracking info ASAP.
