A Nissei 300Ton 4 station rotating press ideal for insert molding or long cycling parts. This machine can run 4 different molds with 4 different shot sizes, speeds, pressures, cycling and cooling times. IT can run from 1 up to 4 stations. We used this to make tools from re-cycled rubber, since it has an all-purpose screw and can mold any material. It will mold up to 75oz (5lb). It is like getting 4 machines in one.
