Inquiry (采购产品): 2D matrix Labels To Whom it may concern: I am writing to inquire about 2D matrix labels. I work for Honda Canada Manufacturing in Alliston, Ontario in the Plastics department. I am currently in the process of installing a vision system to track inventory of both raw and painted bumpers. We require a waterproof 2D matrix label that can be applied to a plastic part and sent through our entire process. The processes include a pre-treat system that basically washes the bumpers. The bumpers are then painted and baked in an oven. The label would have to withstand these processes. We would like the label to be approimately 2 inches by 2 inches and contain a human readable number as well as FR for front bumpers. We would need the same thing with RR for the rear bumpers. The serial number would be sequencial starting at 0000001. We would require approximately 800,000 per year. If you have this type of label could you send me some samples as well as a quote?
