Inquiry (采购产品): ADI Rign Dear Sir , This is Radhakrishnan from Suzlon Energy Ltd , Pune. We are developing one Bearing Protecting ring for wind turbine generators. Now we are using the material for that ring is GGG60. But it has the very low % elongation (max.3%). So we are developing it in the ADI. (ASTM A 897 grade :125/80/10). The OD of the ring is 800mm and id is 710mm. Thickness is 115mm and weight is 85 kg. Whether is it possible to produce by castings? If is it so can you please share your views regarding the manufacturing of this CAST past? And can you able to supply part with the complete machining?
