Requirements: AB PV Plus 1000 (can be mounted into main cabinet) connected via Ethernet CompactLogix 1769-L32E 460VAC input Transformers as necessary for 24v and 110v circuits Ethernet switch The following devices will be managed by the controls cabinet: (8x) MoviMot motors, 3-phase, 480V, 0.5 hp each, 1 FLA; Motors provided by Hahn. Originally, we were going to use ArmoStarts from Allen-Bradley. Now, we will quote using MoviMot motors. These will be provided. (http://corporate.sew-eurodrive.com/produkt/C11.htm.) They should be connected using field wire and not plugs. 36 inputs / 36 outputs for sensors and valves (assume 1x 1769-IQ32, 1x 1769-IQ16, 1x 1769-OB32, 1x 1769-OB16) (Valves provided by Hahn) (2x) independent safety circuits (There will only be one relay per conveyor; each relay will handle 2 E-stops.) (4x) 5-module stack lights (Actual device provided by Hahn) The main power will be dropped to the cabinet and distributed from there. The attachment shows the conveyor.
