Invitation to Bid Inquiry (采购产品): Invitation to Bid Document 00020 Notice Inviting Bids NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bellflower Unified School District of Los Angeles County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as the District will receive up to, but not later than 3:00 p.m. on Friday, July 21, 2006, at 16703 S. Clark Avenue, Reception Desk, sealed bids for the award of a contract for: BID #05/06-05 – Nutrition Center– Pre-engineered Building Purchase All bids shall be made and presented on a form furnished by the District. Bids shall be received at the District Office reception desk and shall be opened and publicly read aloud at the above-stated time and place. Each bid must conform and be responsive to the contract documents. Copies of the contract documents are now on file and open to public inspection in the office of NTDSTICHLER Architecture, 2025 Financial Way, Suite 106, Glendora, CA, Tel: 626-963-1401 – Architect of Record. The Project Manual, which includes drawings and specifications, may be purchased by bidders, at their own cost – not refundable, from Ford Graphics, 1435 Daisy Ave., Long Beach, CA 90813, Tel: 562-436-9761. The cost per set is $100.00. With each bid submit the following: (1) the security referred to in the contract documents; (2) the list of proposed subcontractors; and (3) the Non-collusion Affidavit. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty-(60)-days after the date set for the opening of bids. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive irregularities in any bid.
