We would like to have sensors with the specifications mentioned below: 1) The frequency range variation should be from 30kHz to 160kHz. 2)The response time should be around 200 microseconds(if feasible) or within few milliseconds. 3)Range coverage should be around 5m or less. 4)Supply Voltage should be around 18V dc to 30V dc. 5)Beam angle should be around 10 degree. 6)Operating tempreture range should have variation from -40 degree C to +80 degree C. 7)The storage tempreture should be around -20 degree C to +80 degree C. 8)Current consumption should be less than 50mA. 9)Mounting should be around 4X5mm. .We would like to have suggestion from you if any other series of your product will be suitable for our purpose.
