We produce Far-infrared-industrial Heating Tube. We want to buy the raw material: carbon fiber from your company. The carbon fiber which we need the properties must be very good. If not, it will affect the resistance and power of our product. The heating tube, usually we use it in oven. The temperature can reach to 800-1000℃, the power less than 1500W. The heating tube which made of carbon fiber has some merits, such as: The power remainder big, thermostable, high fever ability strong; the service life is long; also the power can adjust and so on. The demand of carbon fiber is as follows: PAN-based carbon fiber: ( polyacrylonitrile ): Number of Filaments: 1K, 3K, 6K, 12K, A Grade: Standard weight B Grade: the off-grade, or non standard weight Brand name: Toray, Toho, Mitsubishi, etc. Why we want to buy them from you? As well known, these fibers are very less in the world. Because our factory just founded in last year. So it’s very difficult to buy these fiber from Toray/Toho China office and they can not offer us the qty what we need. So what we can do?
