Inquiry (采购产品): Flame Hardening Do you have experience with flame hardening of shafts for improvement of fatigue life under press fit hubs? There is some literature indicating the improvement of fatigue life due to the induced residual stress from hardening. The shaft diameter is about 6", FN3 fit, with a hub about 9" long. The shaft material is 1045HR.
