Walk-in environmental chamber Inquiry (采购产品): Walk-in environmental chamber Purpose: This document intended use is for quotation of environmental walk-in room for 2 printers and option for 4 printers. The document provides guidelines on specifications required to maintain temperature, relative humidity balance for hygroscopic material (paper). The document also provides construction guidelines on physical equipment and number of personnel working within walk-in room. Equipment: ? Largest printer 28”x 28” x 30” high ? 2-3 Boxes of paper, at 12” x 18” x 10” high each Printer Electrical specification: ? 100 -127 Vac 50/60 Hz 15A dedicated circuit ? Typical Wattage range 500 to 1040W ? Large unit – Printing = 3,550.36 BTU/hr Printer Paper Moisture (Loss): Average of 2% per 500 sheets (8 1/2” x 11”) at 50ppm Personnel: 1 individual working within walk-in room at any time Environment Specification: Heat and Air conditioning to be provided to meet and maintain temperature and humidity requirements when door is opened ? Temperature Range: 50oF to 80o F ? Relative Humidity: 20% to 80% ? Dew Point: 5o F to 80o F ? Dehumidification: 20% to 94% ? Desiccant Dryer System to 2% RH ? Cooling: 2o C to 10o C Construction: ? Room Dimension: 7’ D x 8’ W x 8’ H, (2 printer); 7’D x 12’W x 8’H (4 printer) with 24” exterior height dimension for top mounted components and installation clearance ? Room Assembly: All materials and equipment to be UL and/or FM approved 1. Room: to be extremely well sealed and vapor tight 2. Door: Standard 36”x 78” clear opening with 14”x 23” observation window 3. Finish: White Acrylic or equivalent on galvanized steel for all interior and exterior wall surfaces. 4. Floor: Galvanized steel panels with PVC removable vinyl floor matting. 5. Lighting: Vapor-proof fluorescent fixture with electronic ballasts for a uniform illumination level 6. Refrigeration: System to provide close temperature tolerance control and high-energy efficiency operation. System to be locally mounted on top of the room structure. The system to include Proportional Cooling Controls, high-low safety cutouts 7. Humidifier: Automatic operation system and self-cleaning 8. Recirculation Air Plenum: Air plenum to be low profile ceiling mounted to attain optimum temperature uniformity. Plenum assembly will house all fans, evaporator coils, heaters, humidification apparatus and drains. Service of conditioning components to be serviceable from inside the room through easily removable panels. 9. Control System: Controls, instrumentation, operational switches, and circuit protection devices will be housed in a console wall mounted on exterior of Environmental room. All operation modes and function will be clearly and permanently marked. Operator control panel to be mounted outside and in a recessed area, behind a lockable, hinged, transparent cover to protect unauthorized tampering or accidental mishaps. Maintenance lockable panel to provide easy and unobstructed access to all controls, wiring and circuitry by authorized personnel. 10. Alarm System: Independent alarm system from main temperature controls that will activate in the event room temperature becomes out of tolerance in either direction. An audible and visual alarm signal that will activate in the event of out of tolerance condition. Audible alarm with mute control and automatic reactivation if condition is not corrected. If “High Temp” alarm is activated, power to room heaters will be automatically de-energized. If “Low Temp” alarm is activated, cooling valves will be deactivated. Separate independent “C” contact set to be provided for remote Alarm function. 11.
